• Complete Freedom of Choice: Candidates can select their preferred coaching institutes from their own choice or select one of given 150 institutes which are associated with us.
• 100% Free: The program is entirely free of cost; selected students will not have to spend a single penny.

“Selected candidates will be provided a course of 6 months to 1 year completely free of cost by SQS Foundation through the coaching institute chosen by the candidate. The scholarship does not include hostel fees or the cost of books other than those related to the course. Only the coaching fee of the selected candidates will be covered under the scholarship.”

The application fee for this scholarship exam is ₹850.
“However, by obtaining a Mandatory Authentication Code through coaching institutes, schools, colleges, social organizations, or our volunteers, applicants can receive a minimum discount of 50% or more, reducing the fee to ₹425 or even less.”

Applicants may request to get Discount Voucher, Authentication Code which is mandatory to filing up the application form. “The Discount Voucher and Authentication Code will be valid for the provider’s district.”

Scholarship Forms:

• Only 600–700 paid scholarship forms are available for each district.
• 250–350 scholarship forms for each district (up to a maximum of 10,000 Free Forms) will be distributed completely free of cost for economically weaker applicants and persons with disabilities,

The scholarship test will be conducted offline at test centers using an OMR sheet.

• The fellowship is exclusively for students who are residents of Uttar Pradesh and studying in schools through the UP Board
• Eligible Board & Classes for Fellowship ------- VIII, IX, X, XI, XII (UP Board Only)

Additional Information About Education Boards (Syllabus & Exam Pattern)

1. CBSE Board (Central Board of Secondary Education)

The CBSE curriculum is widely recognized for its structured approach, heavily following NCERT guidelines, making it ideal for competitive exam preparation (JEE/NEET).

• Academic Session: Starts April 1 and ends March 31.
• Secondary (9th & 10th): * Core Subjects: Mathematics (Standard/Basic), Science, Social Science, Hindi, English.
• 2026 Reforms: Introduction of Vocational Education and AI/Computational Thinking as compulsory modules.

Exam Pattern: Single annual board exam in Feb-March with 50% Competency-Based Questions (Case studies, source-based).

• Senior Secondary (11th & 12th):
• Streams: Science (PCM/PCB), Commerce, and Humanities.
• Flexible Choices: Removal of rigid stream boundaries; students can mix subjects like Mathematics with Fine Arts or History.

Assessment: 80% Theory + 20% Internal/Practical.

2. UP Board (UPMSP - Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad)

As one of the world's largest examining bodies, UP Board has modernized by adopting NCERT textbooks for major subjects.

Academic Session: Begins in April; follows a monthly division of syllabus.

• Secondary (9th & 10th):
• Subjects: Hindi (Compulsory), English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and a choice between Sanskrit, Commerce, Art, or Computer.
• Evaluation: The "OMR Sheet" system is used for 20 marks of objective questions in the Class 10 board exam.
• Senior Secondary (11th & 12th):
• Streams: Literary (Arts), Scientific, Commerce, and Agriculture.
• Subjects: General Hindi is mandatory for all. Detailed options like Agricultural Chemistry or Industrial Mathematics are unique to this board.
• Exams: Typically held in February.

3. ICSE & ISC Board (CISCE)

The CISCE board is known for its extensive syllabus and focus on English language proficiency and practical application.

Academic Session: Starts in March / April.

ICSE (9th & 10th):

• Group I (Compulsory): English, Second Language, History/Civics & Geography.
• Group II (Pick 2): Mathematics, Science, Economics, Commercial Studies, etc.
• Group III (Pick 1): Computer Applications, Physical Education, Art, or Home Science.

Note: Internal Assessment carries a significant weightage of 20% to 50%.

• ISC (11th & 12th):
• English: Compulsory and prioritized.
• Electives: Wide range including Accounts, Business Studies, Elective English, and Psychology.

Standard: Generally considered deeper in content compared to CBSE, particularly in Literature and Science practicals.

• Important Note: The "Career Without Barrier" Edusmart Academic Fellowship covers either coaching fees or academic school fees only. This fellowship is exclusively for students studying through the UP Board, providing reimbursement for either school or coaching fees up to a maximum of
